“Transparent & fair pricing! We recently had to have our furnace replaced, I had a few companies out, and I was shocked by the quotes. I remembered that Alex had come out during Covid & fixed our furnace, just to get it running…so I reached out to him. SMB came out & gave me an estimate for half the price of the other companies…I thought it was to good to be true, so when I told the other companies the price, they immediately said they’d match the quote. So of course I went with SMB, because they are professional & not trying to take advantage of our situation (no furnace & 57 degrees in our house). They walked me through the options, replace the furnace or get a heat pump…new to me thing, but ultimately we went with the suggested heat pump. Just got our first PG&E bill & it went down by $200! The crew was super professional, swept & vacuumed after every visit, they were all patient with our puppy & everything was completed on the timeline they set! The inspector came out & there were some problems from the previous install so they fixed everything so we could pass the title 24, inspection & now just waiting on the final permit in the mail! Can’t say enough great things about this company! Everyone went above & beyond what I would have expected for the install & the peace of mind to not have to worry about the HVAC in the future is fantastic!! Thank you!!”
